Come and see for yourself how exciting physics is! Go on a journey full of surprises through the labyrinth, located on five floors of the LU Institute of Solid State Physics (LU CFI) building, and get to know research from a completely different point of view! What awaits you?

1st floor:

• Sparkling cocktails and steaming snacks - for every visitor

2nd floor:

• Chocolate microchip workshop - on-site registration for up to 10 people (17:00 - 17:30; 18:00 - 18:30; 19:00 - 19:30; 20:00 - 20:30)

  • Writing with invisible ink
  • Spin Coater - "Make your own coating!"

3rd floor:

• Breakout game - "e room" - for groups up to 6 people, every 20 min.
• Throughout the evening:
  • The challenge of resolution - electron microscope performance
  • Light waves - use of "light ruler" in materials research
  • Oscillations and oscillations in different environments – resonance, oscillations of solids,
  • musical corner, etc.

4th floor throughout the evening:

• Photo corner - "Invisible to the naked eye"
• Is it possible to measure hair thickness with a laser?
• Camera Obscura – from theory to image
• Oscillator – rhythm of oscillations
• Air movement - "See it for the first time!"

5th floor throughout the evening:

• Luminescence puzzles - uncovering the secrets of light
• Laser experiments - "The journey of light"
• Temperature experiment - "From hot to cold"
