What do you think, can your chosen profession be related to the space industry? The space industry is not just about astronauts! As an example, we can look at the first man on the moon. It took eight years and 400,000 employees - engineers, logistics specialists, chemists, physicists, economists, lawyers and many other industry representatives - from John F. Kennedy's announcement of the ambition to "land a man on the moon and return him safely to Earth" to the first man stepping on the moon.
In the next 20 years, flights to the moon will become ordinary. The space industry will need many different specialists. New missile launchers will be needed - hence the construction industry. New means of transport, maintenance of existing ones and planning of deliveries will be needed - auto industry and logistics.
Your chosen field can also be related to the space industry!
Do you think refrigeration equipment is related to the space industry? Although the temperature in space is very cold, the biggest problem is overheating. Did you know that in Latvia special xenon pumps for coolant are produced, which are used in the lunar orbital station, and will be launched into orbit around 2030.
