The study program was developed in cooperation with the European Space Agency and local representatives of the space industry for the needs of the aerospace industry, including current topics of space systems. The study program provides in-depth theoretical knowledge in the field of transport corresponding to the national standard of academic education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Latvia with the possibility of specialization in various spheres of aerospace activity, paying special attention to modern transport systems with advanced technologies, which provide for the use of all the main modes of transport and their optimal combination.
The aim of the study program is to ensure the preparation of highly qualified aerospace systems specialists with in-depth knowledge of the industry, who possess systemic and analytical thinking and the ability to work independently, as well as to prepare students for further doctoral studies.
Career opportunities after graduation.
A highly qualified aerospace systems specialist who has obtained the education of the academic master's study program "Aerospace Systems Engineering" can work in transport and transport-related companies, including companies in the aviation and space industry, transport design, construction of transport systems and technology companies.
