What Makes Venture Catalysts Unique?

Venture Catalysts focuses on building strong fundamentals to ensure your business is sustainable. This program goes beyond just product development and market strategies (though those are essential!). You'll learn key elements for long-term success, such as effective team dynamics, intellectual property strategies, and innovation management in times of uncertainty and change.

For Aspiring Entrepreneurs:

Learn how to lead and build a dynamic team, assess your product’s technological advantages, secure funding, and create a roadmap for business growth. This program will equip you with the tools and confidence needed to turn your idea into a real business.

For Scientists:

If you aim to commercialize your research, Venture Catalysts will show you how to identify projects with commercial potential, apply innovation management principles, and effectively communicate the value of your invention. By the end of the program, you will have a clear strategy for bringing your research to market.

Diverse Thinking, Strong Teams

Success comes from collaboration. Venture Catalysts highlights the importance of diverse thinking within teams. Scientists and entrepreneurs will learn to leverage each other's strengths—combining scientific innovation with business expertise to drive success.

The Venture Catalysts training program is implemented within the ERDF project "Support for SME Innovative Business Development" (ID No. 1.2.3.1/1/23/I/001).
